Store: It should be stored in a cool, dry place. The Alvarinho variety is renowned for its excellent ageing capacity in bottle - it can be kept for longer than most wines. In some years the wines might reach their peak of quality at 2 to 3 years of age.
Serve: Serve ideally at between 9ºC-11ºC. An opened bottle will survive well until the next day, provided it is kept in the refrigerator.
Enjoy: This is an ideal wine to serve with fish or poultry dishes, salads, roast chicken, or cheese. It is also lovely to drink on its own before a meal.
